Brittany handles referrals and inquiries for St. Louis Play Therapy, LLC. Brittany is a fourth generation farmer/homesteader who raises sheep and Great Pyrenees. Brittany also enjoys gardening when she’s not working.

Colleen is the owner of St. Louis Play Therapy, LLC, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist™ who specializes in treating trauma in children and adolescents and working with toddlers and their adults. Colleen graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2010 and she obtained her Masters of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2012. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys reading, gardening and spending time in nature.

I have been a child centered Registered Play Therapist (RPT) for the past four years. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri and I have worked as a School Counselor for the past 17 years. I am also a Co-group Facilitator for the Incredible Years parenting program. I have experience working with children And adolescents who are experiencing difficulty in school, anxiety, grief and loss and aggression and anger. I am a member of the Missouri Mental Health Association and Missouri School Counselor Association. I am the parent of three adult children. My hobbies include hiking, biking, nature and outdoors and writing.

Leisa Blissett, MSW, LCSW
Hi my name is Leisa Y. Blissett. I’ve worked with children and families for over 20 years in a variety of settings. I obtained my Bachelor degree in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Missouri. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I’ve always had a passion for working with children. I believe children are our greatest blessings and that playing fosters healing. I use a variety of creative, play-based approaches to help them be the best they can be. I have clinical experience with anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, educational issues, family changes and grief & loss. I have experience working with children as young as three years old as well as teens and adults.
